The 55 m\u00b2 apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining-living room, open kitchen, laundry room and a glass-enclosed terrace with panoramic views over the whole of Benidorm and the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n

At the “Apartment Tropic Mar Benidorm” you can use the communal swimming pool and you have your own lockable garage with storage room.<\/p>\n

The apartment is sold fully furnished.<\/p>\n

The “Apartment Tropic Mar Benidorm” is ready to live in or rent out or a combination of both. Because it is centrally located and near the Levante beach, it is therefore also ideal for renting out. If you don’t want to do it yourself, you can even outsource renting it to us, because we rent out several apartments in Benidorm.<\/p>\n
