The apartment is on the 1st floor in Avenida de los Almendros, 40 meters from the Parcque de Elche and the Poniente beach. The apartment complex itself is maintained by a cleaning lady.<\/p>\n

The apartment has been renovated and is in very good condition, it is also sold semi-furnished.<\/p>\n

The “Appartement Parcque de Elche Benidorm” is ready to live in or rent out (tourist license is available) or a combination of both. Because it is centrally located and close to the center and all 3 beaches, it is therefore ideal for renting out. If you don’t want to do it yourself, you can even outsource renting it to us, because we rent out several apartments in Benidorm.<\/p>\n
