Townhouse Gandia, Alqueria de la Condesa, here is the townhouse which I think is one of the most beautiful of all our houses on the website.
\nThis beautiful house with a rustic look is located in the heart of the city, right next to the church. There is no better place!
\nThe building was built in 1920 and still has the characteristic appearance of a century ago, but has certainly not stood still in time.<\/p>\n

The townhouse Gandia\u00a0 has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, several living rooms with fireplace, kitchen with dining area and many other spaces, which you can see in the photos, a courtyard with elongated garden, where there is also enough space for relaxing or extensive dining.
\nThe house has 280m\u00b2 of living space, which is really a lot of m\u00b2!<\/p>\n

Beautiful are the wooden beamed ceilings, the wooden doors, the beautiful natural stone floor and stairs in the living room, spacious staircase and the spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom.<\/p>\n

It is a townhouse, which is built to live in it yourself and not like nowadays to build and sell quickly, really a house where a lot of love has been put into the renovation and maintenance.<\/p>\n

The townhouse Gandia selling price of \u20ac 210,000 is in my opinion also a very interesting price and is certainly worth its money as an investment.<\/p>\n
