The Gemelos 22 is an urbanization, built in 2003 and you can use common areas and activities here, including 2 large swimming pools, a children’s pool, heated indoor pool, tennis courts, free gym, paddle courts, mini golf, petanque, table tennis and a children’s playground located in the beautiful green garden. You can relax on one of the sunbeds that can be rented for a few euros a day in the summer and are made available free of charge from October to May.<\/p>\n

Gemelos 22 is located on the main street of the Rincon de Loix area, 950meters from the Levante beach and close to all amenities and services such as supermarkets, public transport, doctor, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. Aqualandia Water Park and MUNDOMAR Animal Park (with animal shows) are also a 5 to 10-minute walk away.<\/p>\n
