Gandia Santa Marta Villa.<\/p>\n

Beautiful detached villa in urbanization Santa Marta, right next to Gandia. The villa is located last in a small residential area and is surrounded by tranquility and a beautiful view all around.<\/p>\n

The entire house and the outdoor spaces are built to live in and the most beautiful materials have been used.<\/p>\n

The villa stands on a plot of 1100m\u00b2 and has an area of 500m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

The villa is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor there are, the veranda, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and a nice gazebo where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink and at the same time you have a magnificent view. From the veranda you also have access to the villa and here you can also relax or enjoy a meal and at the same time you have a view over the mountains, the valley, your pool and garden.<\/p>\n

On the first floor there is an extra living room, which now serves as a rest and sports room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Of which the master bedroom has a fireplace, a bathroom en-suite with bath and also has a walkin closet.<\/p>\n

On the lower floor there is another apartment of 120m\u00b2 with a bathroom.
\nIt is a villa that you have to see with your own eyes and where you can also put your own stamp on it. The villa is suitable for private occupancy, for rental or for a combination of both.<\/p>\n

The bars and nightclubs are concentrated in the beach area. As is normal for Spain, nightlife does not begin until well after midnight.
