With the stairs from the living room you come to the2nd<\/sup> level and here is the bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a small balcony, where you can, for example, dry the laundry in the sun.<\/p>\n

It is a small apartment of 48m\u00b2, but is still fully equipped to spend a nice holiday with 2 people and possibly a small child.
\nThe apartment is located in the Rinc\u00f3n de Loix area and is within walking distance of Cala de la Almadraba and Cala del T\u00edo Ximo.<\/p>\n

The pleasant quiet Cala Tio Ximo is a beach of 70 meters wide and 6 meters long, which is located between steep cliffs. Thanks to the transparent water and the beautiful rocky bottoms, this bay is a perfect place to go snorkeling. You can also make a wonderful mountain walk here.<\/p>\n

It is a quiet neighborhood, but within a short walk you can look for the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. Here you can make use of all the tourist attractions you could wish for, such as restaurants, discotheques, shops, etc. Also of course the market, supermarkets and pharmacies are within walking distance.<\/p>\n

Very interestingly priced apartment with lots of possibilities and where you can come for holidays yourself, or rent out and has great potential as an investment.<\/p>\n
