Villa in Polop<\/p>\n

Beautiful detached villa of 250m\u00b2 of construction area on a plot of 10.000m\u00b2 in Polop. The villa is located on top of a valley and has panoramic views of the Marina Baja, Polop, Altea and on the horizon you can see the Mediterranean Sea. The view from the villa is really something you have to see with your own eyes and it is one of the biggest pluses of this villa.<\/p>\n

The villa is located on the outskirts of Polop by the road (CV-715) to Callosa de Ensarria and has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, large kitchen with utility room, guest toilet and a large bedroom with bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. 3 of the rooms have a large terrace. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on that floor which is shared by the other 2 bedrooms.<\/p>\n

The villa has centralized air conditioning, which are connected by ducts throughout the house. There is a 3 phase electrical connection via the distribution network, but for any power failure there is also a generator available. There is also a private well for irrigation.<\/p>\n

The villa has ample parking space and has large covered warehouses, porches, barbecue and a wood fired oven. And not to forget a beautiful private swimming pool with sun terrace, where you can enjoy the peace and the panoramic view in the sun and shade.<\/p>\n

On the plot of 10,000m\u00b2 are planted a wide variety of fruit trees, such as avocados, orange, lemon, apricot, figs, banana trees, as well as a large area, which serves as a vegetable garden.<\/p>\n
