Beautiful detached villa in Daim\u00fas, in the Gandia region, on a plot of 919 m\u00b2 with a built area of 282 m\u00b2. The villa is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace.\u00a0 There is also a beautiful glass-enclosed veranda with a beautiful old beamed ceiling, which is used as a second living room. On the first floor there is a now an office, where a studio could also be made and a translucent storage room and a sun terrace.<\/p>\n

There are 2 roof terraces where you can enjoy the sun or the shade and look out over the entire area and the mountains.<\/p>\n

Beautiful large garden with native trees and plants, which are easy to maintain. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area. In the garden there are nice places to sit down and enjoy the peace and the green garden.
\nThe swimming pool is equipped with a saltwater installation. So no red eyes, itchy skin and chlorine smell. With a saltwater pool you can enjoy softer, healthier water without chemicals. A saltwater system is a natural way of disinfecting: with salt water in your pool you disinfect your pool water with natural chlorine instead of chemical chlorine.<\/p>\n

Wikipedia: Daim\u00fas<\/b>\u00a0(Valencian pronunciation:\u00a0<\/small>[daj\u02c8mus]<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0Spanish<\/a>:\u00a0Daimuz<\/i>) is a small municipality in the Safor\u00a0comarca<\/a>\u00a0(county), in the\u00a0Valencian Community<\/a>\u00a0close to the\u00a0Mediterranean Sea<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Spain<\/a>. It has a population of about 2,200 inhabitants in winter and around 20,000 in summer.<\/p>\n

Daim\u00fas is a small municipality near the town of\u00a0Gandia<\/a>, the most important in the area. Daim\u00fas was probably founded in the 13th century, after the\u00a0Reconquista<\/a>. The historical importance of Gandia, particularly during the\u00a0Renaissance<\/a>\u00a0made the rest of the small towns around it live under its shadow. As a result, Daim\u00fas’ history is not well known even by its inhabitants.<\/p>\n

The beach was unpopulated until the 1960s, when the many French tourists took advantage of the exchange rate and bought apartments by the sea. Some examples are the\u00a0La Torre<\/i>,\u00a0Galia<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0Costa Blanca<\/i>\u00a0apartment buildings. In the late 1960s, the Spanish economy flourished (partly due to European tourism) and many Spaniards could afford a second house for the summer season. Thus, more apartment buildings appeared, such as\u00a0Semiramis<\/i>,\u00a0Trianon<\/i>,\u00a0Costa Blanca II<\/i>,\u00a0Nayade<\/i>,\u00a0Finamar I<\/i>,\u00a0Finamar II<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0Pinocho<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Once it was called\u00a0a family beach<\/i>\u00a0because it had no hotels, and because it was small. It used to have a summer cinema called Terraza Daison. In the 1970s, it had one of the earliest\u00a0Pacha<\/a>\u00a0discoth\u00e8ques<\/a>, since closed. In the late 1990s, Daim\u00fas started growing and doubled its size in about 6 years.<\/p>\n

For many centuries Daim\u00fas was a rural area with crops of vegetables and oranges. Later it became a tourist area due to its proximity of the sea and the fields became new buildings. Most of the population now work in the nearby cities of\u00a0Oliva<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Gandia<\/a>.<\/p>\n
