Vall de Gallinera Villa<\/p>\n

Beautiful small hotel\/B&B with 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and with a floor area of 480 m\u00b2 on a plot of 10,000 m\u00b2 located in the town center of Vall de Gallinera.<\/p>\n

The property consists of 3 houses that are connected to each other and has many terraces in and around the houses and has a beautiful swimming pool with a lovely sun terrace. Part of the house dates from the year 1200.<\/p>\n

The houses are surrounded by beautiful nature with many native plants, olive trees and fruit trees on the plot.<\/p>\n

All necessary permits and documentation are present to continue possibly as a hotel or as Bed & Breackfast.<\/p>\n

It also has three fireplaces that are fed by the firewood extracted from pruning the numerous olive trees and fruit trees that the plot has. The wooden ceilings, doors and stone walls are also eye-catchers in the houses. The furniture, paintings and other decorations have been specially chosen for this style.<\/p>\n

Wikipedia: La Vall de Gallinera<\/b>\u00a0is a valley and a municipality in north-east\u00a0Alicante<\/a>,\u00a0Spain<\/a>, included in the\u00a0Marina Alta<\/a>\u00a0comarca<\/a>. It is formed by the nuclei of Benirrama, Benial\u00ed, Benissiv\u00e0, Benitaia, Carroja, Alpatr\u00f3, Llombai and Benissili. All these settlements constitute a single municipality. The total combined population at the moment is around 600.<\/p>\n

Like in all other valleys of the interior of Marina Alta, the\u00a0Moors<\/a>\u00a0occupied the territory for almost six centuries. After the\u00a0expulsion of the Moriscos<\/a>\u00a0in 1609, the Vall de Gallinera became deserted and the\u00a0Duke of Gandia<\/a>, to whom this area was given, brought from\u00a0Majorca<\/a>\u00a0150 families to repopulate the valley. As per\u00a0Cavanilles<\/a>: “it is easy still to see the origin of all of them in the accent and dialect of its inhabitants. They are very hard working, all they take advantage of it and they live contentedly in that delicious enclosure.” Indeed, in this valley,\u00a0Valencian<\/a>\u00a0is heavily influenced by\u00a0Balearic Catalan<\/a>.<\/p>\n
