We at Inmo Sol y Casas have more than 25 years of experience in selling and buying real estate on the Costa Blanca from Denia to Torrevieja and are specialized in Dutch, Belgian and Spanish buyers and sellers of real estate.
We speak fluent Spanish, Dutch and English.

We act as both a purchase broker and a sales broker. So if you don’t find anything interesting on our site, we can also help you search and guide you in finding your dream home with one of our colleagues. 

Our working method is different from most brokers. We want to guide you from A to Z with your purchases or sales and are only ready when you are 100% satisfied. With us, it does not end after signing at the notary, but we are and remain your point of contact for all additional peripheral matters.

Think, for example, of applying for a NIE (Spanish tax) number. You need NIE for: opening a bank account, opening a construction deposit, possibly applying for a mortgage, being able to put your car on a Spanish registration number, applying for permits for any renovations, applying for an energy label and so on. but on!

You may not be sufficiently proficient in the Spanish language and have to spend a large amount on the purchase of a house or an apartment. Then it is wise to let someone who is knowledgeable, has contacts and masters the Spanish language guide you from A to Z.
We can check whether all official permits are present. If not, we will find out for you at the municipality where you want to settle.
If you buy an existing home, we will find out for you whether that home is really debt-free and whether there are still outstanding bills that have never been paid. We make sure that you don’t run into any surprises.

With a new-build home, we ensure that you have all the permits to legally start living there. Furthermore, you will receive the water, electricity and gas connection directly in your own name. With your Spanish bank account you can have it automatically debited, even if you are not in Spain at the time.

We can also assist you with a house that you would like to have renovated, for example an extension, a swimming pool, a new kitchen, bathroom or smaller repairs. We only work with professional people, some of whom we have worked with for over 20 years. It is also very important for renovations to arrange all permits before the renovation starts. Before you sign the purchase contract, we can ensure that all necessary permits have been approved by the architect of the associated municipality, so that you can be sure that your dream will come true.

After purchasing your home, you can also use our contacts to rent out your home. A service that we have helped many owners with since 2008 to 2022. You don’t have to worry about anything, because they take care of the rental, maintenance and that the income from the rental is deposited into your bank account. With the rental plan we ensure that you can enjoy peace and quiet when you come on holiday yourself and that you have no worries when you are at home.
