The Neguri Gane Apartment is located at the crossroads of the main intersections in the city and towers above almost everything and has a distinctive style with its round terraces.  In 2002 when the building was completed, it was the tallest building in Benidorm at 148m, but was soon overtaken by Hotel Bali.

Within walking distance is the shopping center “La Estación”, where there is also a well-known gym where you could work out if you want.
