This beautiful house with a rustic look is located in the heart of the city, right next to the church. There is no better place!
The building was built in 1920 and still has the characteristic appearance of a century ago, but has certainly not stood still in time.

Located between the towns of Gandía and Oliva, close to the coast. The surface is flat, except for a small hill of 176 m. on Mount Rabat south of the term. The soil is clayey. From west to east, it crosses the Seret Ravine or better known as Beneitijir.

The climate is Mediterranean, the prevailing winds come from the north and east and it is the last to produce the rain. From northwest to southeast runs the road from Gandía to Oliva, and straight to it, the road from Piles to Rafelcofer.

From Valencia it is accessible via the N-332.
