Palma de Gandia villa

Villa in Palma de Gandia in the Marchuquera area on a plot of 2022 m² and a living area of 200 m² with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and a covered terrace of 30 m², which you can use as an outdoor living and dining room almost all year round.

The house and garden with swimming pool could use a small renovation. With the renovation you can put your own stamp on the otherwise technically good condition of the villa.

The location and the panoramic views are perfect to make it an ideal holiday home, suitable for yourself or for rental.

The villa has a garden with native plants and fruit trees which are easy to maintain.

There is a panoramic view of the mountains and the entire area and there is enough parking space for you and your guests.

If you are interested by looking at the pictures in this villa and you might want to go and take a look, please feel free to contact us and we can schedule a visit with you to go and see it with your own eyes.

Please also take a look at our blog about investing in Spanish properties, which also mentions that Gandia is the most attractive place to invest now.

The price with us for the same object will never be more than that of our colleagues. What can be different is the settlement of the sale and help in advance and afterwards in obtaining the right papers and permits, etc. We speak English and Spanish.

Our specialty is our working method. We want to guide you from A to Z with the purchase process, and are only ready when you are 100% satisfied. Before you can actually proceed to purchase, many peripheral matters must first be arranged. It also does not end with us after signing with the notary, but we are and remain your point of contact for future questions. Please also read the information about us or one of our blogs about buying a house.

Wikipedia: Gandia (SpanishGandíais a city and municipality in the Valencian Community, eastern Spain on the Mediterranean. Gandia is located on the Costa del Azahar (or Costa dels Tarongers), 65 kilometres (40 mi) south of Valencia and 110 km (68 mi) north of Alicante. Vehicles can access the city through road N-332.

Gandia operated as an important cultural and commercial centre in the 15th and 16th centuries: in the 15th century it had a university. It was home to several important people, including the poet Ausiàs March (1400-1459) and the novelist Joanot Martorell (1410-1465). It is perhaps best known for the Borja or Borgia, through their family titleDuke of Gandia (originally created in 1399).

As of 2020 Gandia is one of the largest coastal towns in Spain, with a population over 200,000 during summer, and a centre of commerce and tourism in its region. There are two main zones, Gandia City, which has all the historical monuments, commercial activity, and shopping, and Gandia beach, which has apartments and summer residences used during the summer season. The bars and nightclubs are concentrated in the beach area. As is normal for Spain, nightlife does not begin until well after midnight. The beach and town are actually some 2 km (1 mi) apart, which succeeds in separating summer tourism from day-to-day living. Marxuquera Palma de Gandia villa.
